Swanline Print – Additional production and assembly with Mezzanine flooring

A further extension to the existing Mezzanine floor areas was requested by expanding

Swanline Print at their stone facility. Four mezzanine floors have been designed and built by Pearson knight, over the past eight years to maximise the production space. The Mezzanine flooring areas have been implemented to increase the capacity of finished product assembly and packaging ready for distribution. The space released on the ground floor is now being fully realised, with Swanline Prints additional investment in state of the art production printing plant. The mezzanine flooring installations, have released 60% of otherwise unused space within Swanlines facility thus increasing profitability and without the associated costs of a move to larger premises.
