Shaped Mezzanine

We designed, manufactured, and installed a shaped mezzanine floor between Pallet Racking. The mezzanines height was critical has the pallet racking would be reconfigured to be a hand loaded long span storage facility which would be accessed from the new mezzanine platform.

The mezzanine would realize a usable storage & Office space 450 square metres. Fire protection was supplied and installed by us to rate the mezzanine at 60 minutes of protection. Two additional compliant staircases were provided to meet the travel / fire regulations for means of escape. A scissor lifter complete with mesh safety cage and stop start controls was supplied and installed by us as part of the order.
